I was left wondering if they employ sneaky strategies to collect more money. They coincidentally found bad tail lights on a vehicle I took in September and yet again on another vehicle months later. I refused the service and found my lights functioning just fine when I tested them. Then, I needed a fix for an urgent problem. They called to inform me about multiple things the car needed before actually diagnosing the issue that needed urgent repair and managed to persuade me to approve those. Later that day, they finally diagnosed the main problem. I walked away paying $3,200! My vehicle is barely valued that much. I own my mistake for agreeing to fix the less urgent issues before knowing the total price for everything, but that's precisely where they should have started: by giving me a COMPLETE picture in order for me to make an informed decision. Now they have lost three clients (including my wife and brother).
Hi Renzo- thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. It sounds like we missed the boat on communication with you and we sincerely apologize for that. Our job is to tell you what is going on with your vehicle and advise you on what needs to be done now and what can wait. We provide this via your digital vehicle health report explaining all our recommendations with pictures and notes. We're simply making the same recommendation to you that we would make to our family members. Please note that side marker lights are not the same thing as tail lights- that's probably why you weren't able to confirm the issues. Thank you again for your feedback and have a great day!
