As always, Nate and the crew at Honest-1 lived up to their name. The online report was clear and easy to follow, their recommendations were pragmatic and not at all pushy, and the service was prompt, affordable, and super easy to navigate. My car might not make it to 1,000,000 miles, but the service at Honest-1 makes it seem doable.

My fiancé had a sudden issue with her SUV, the shop we were going to in the past was all booked up for the week. I called these guys and they were able to get her a loaner car and she dropped hers off in the evening without any hassles! Everything was fixed quickly the next day and the guy on the phone was very thorough and helpful! We decided to start making honest auto our regular shop from here on! Highly recommended!

Didn’t solve my problem

Hi Beth- we're sorry we missed the root cause of your noise on your initial visit. We thought the likely culprit was because your engine oil was two quarts low and didn't notice the alternator noise after filling. We'll do our very best to deliver a 5 star experience on you next visit. Thank you!
