I am a long-time customer at Honest-1. I am routinely satisfied with the experience and the results. They take care of our cars well, recommending routine maintenance and necessary repairs as needed, and help us prioritize any major issues that are pending. Recently, I had my daughter's car towed to their facility after the car stalled and wouldn't restart. We all thought it might be an issue with the alternator, which indeed tested poorly. However, the problem didn't get resolved after installing a new alternator. Rather than recommending replacing other parts, the technician and manager at Honest-1 took the time to search for any possible engine recall issues at Hyundai. Long story made short, they found a service bulletin that seemed to describe the issue. We had the car towed to a Hyundai dealership. They engine was replaced at no cost to us. It's likely that I would have eventually discovered this outcome on my own, but it is so nice to know that the staff at Honest-1 truly are interested in getting the best possible outcome for their customers.
