Service tech did a thorough job going through a used car we were buying. Very informative and answered all my questions. Third time I have used this particular shop and I’m impressed with them.

Service was very good ,fast and the price was fair for what I had done to my vehicle. I would recommend Honest-1 Auto Care to my friends and family.

The staff working there were very polite and professional. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was finished. Very good service.

Very nice mechanics. They help you understand exactly what is going on with the vehicle. Easy to make appointments over the phone (that’s the only way I have ever done it). Leaving 3 stars due to my most recent visit. I had my tires changed and an oil change done. Upon receiving my vehicle after the work, oil life was not reset in the car computer and a new oil sticker was not present on my windshield. Had to ask to get that done after paying for the services. Also, after leaving, I had to come back the next day due to the windshield wiper fluid light coming on. After asking the mechanic, “I thought you topped off all fluids for an oil change?” He replied with “yes we do, I apologize for this inconvenience”. After watching the mechanic pop the hood and refill the washer fluid reservoir. I noticed the power steering fluid had not been topped off either and so, I politely asked him to, in which he again apologized and got right to it. Overall nice people, but I’m starting to wonder if my oil change actually occurred. However, I will be giving this place another chance as they are usually always transparent, nice, and will match other shop quotes. Just ensure proper communication is occurring! This would be a 2 star review however, they were nice and they fixed their mistakes so I will bump to a deserving 3.

Had to wait for 45 Minutes outside in 25 degree weather because they had closed their waiting area. I was told I could go down the street to another business and wait there but not where I as getting service done. Totally insensitive and off the charts thoughtless!

I recently took my vehicle into Honest-1 Auto Care in Bloomington for the first time. I can’t say enough how impressed and pleased to say that Nate was professional in every way to keep me updated and arrange to get parts needed so that I was the least inconvenienced. Chris, the technician, made adjustments in his schedule for my benefit. I truly felt that I received above and beyond customer service! I will definitely recommend others to bring their auto needs here and will return myself with my future auto care needs. Great job!

I was having issues with car stalling but had no engine light. There was no code that they could find but they stuck with it and were able to duplicate my issue and get a code to fix my issue. I appreciate that they were dedicated and did not give up on looking for the root of the problen
