I told the guy at the desk that I will use my Chevy to drive to Washington State which has 1,650 miles and I need synthetic which can run 6,000 - 7,000 miles. But he put a regular one. He also said everything was checked, but I found the engine coolant level was extremely low. I will take my Chevy to a Chevy dealer to get synthetic oil. And I will never use your place any more.

I took my vehicle in due to a rattling noise and rough acceleration. It was diagnosed as having bad cv axles. So I agreed to have them replace both of the cv axles to resolve the issues. The cv axles replacement took about an hour and I picked the vehicle up. To my surprise I was still hearing the same rattling noise. So I took the vehicle back in to have it looked at once again and was told that they did not hear the noise and that it could be that the tires needed to be rotated, so they rotated the tires. When I went to pick up my vehicle I test drove it with the mechanic that worked on it and he acknowledged that he did still hear the noise as well. No apologies or anything to compensate for the service. So once again I left with my vehicle having the same problems I came in with. I am very disappointed with the service I received after paying $1,022.

Called on a very cold day hoping they had a cancellation. They did. Got me in for an oil change w/in 15 minutes. Done and out the door. I used their wifi for work while waiting. Clean, professional and courteous. They let me provide my own oil. I'll definitely go there for my next auto service.

The waiting area was nice but after the work was done I had problems to the car I never had before. They just want me to come back and fix things that were already fine before. Never ever coming here again!!!! If I had a restart that I would’ve chosen somewhere else to go.
