Being new to the twin cities, I wasn't sure where to go. I found Honest-1 and gave them a shot. I ended up having a large amount of work needing to be done to my car, they handled it professionally and walked me through everything. I was treated very well I feel and would recommend them to anyone.
I recently moved into the area and noticed Honest 1 Auto Care. I called to inquire about a oil change and received a same day appointment. This was much appreciated. I was aware I may be in need of new tires and upon inspection, this was confirmed. I was able to schedule this service at my earliest convenience one week later. The staff were very accommodating and informative. I look forward to them serving my future auto care needs.

The repairs i requested were completed for less than i had expected they would cost. I was shuttled between home and honest1 at my convenience. Very professional staff. Will have future repairs and maintenance done at Honest1.

I was extremely impressed with my recent visit to Honest -1 Auto Care. I have a 2018 vehicle and while selecting which type of oil fill I wanted, I was told by the customer service rep that he would call me momentarily once he reviewed which type of oil was actually required for vehicle. He called me and informed me that I could continue with the more expensive oil change option but that it wasn't actually required for my make and model. I was blown away that I wasn't being given a hard sell for the more expensive option. As a single mom with a limited budget - I really appreciated that. It's that type of service that will make me a long term customer. I have also shared this story with others to make them aware of the amazing customer service I received. They did the work I wanted done, and let me know other items/issues they found during the vehicle inspection. No pressure, just info and good advice. I took care of one of the items there, and put the other two on my To Do list.
