As their name indicates, a very honest auto repair/service establishment. I moved into the neighborhood a year and a half ago and am happy to have discovered this place of business. Yesterday I took my car in for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation (had 15.00 off coupon for both) and they told me a tire rotation was not necessary based on their tread measurements. Saved me the additional cost. And my coupon was stilled honored. Some places will require both services be charged when using a coupon. The staff is outstanding. Josh (think that was his name) took the time to review my auto maintenance history and how to obtain my history from the dealership I used to take my car to. The engine on my 2012 Ford Edge (110,000 miles) seized 12 days after a routine oil change at the dealership. The dealership did all of the oil and filter changes for the entire time we had the car. We had my car towed to the dealership and asked them to find out what happened. Long story short, they wanted a ton of money for a new/rebuilt engine and the only “test” they did was to check the battery. I was so loyal for those 7 years! Oil changes, minor repairs, new tires, weather tech floor mats, and not once did the dealership consider that this was their fault. Honest 1 was honest and as affordable as a new rebuilt engine can be. While it was there, they took it to the Paradise car wash next door and had it cleaned inside and polished the outside of it. I’ll send everyone I know there. 5 stars

Went in with 2 vehicle issues. Honest-1 diagnosed both and provided detailed information and options, leaving the final decisions to me. No pushy hard sell! I chose to do only 1 of the repairs, which was successfully completed that same day. Honest-1 will be my first choice for future repairs.

Got me in quickly even when busy, lost my coupon but still gave me a discount, and told me I didnt need a tire rotate because they were just a few miles from needed replacement, which I knew. My first time there and I'll try them again.
