In an era of dying customer service and a race to the bottom for what is considered service, it is a refreshing experience to have a mechanic shop that goes the extra mile. That is why my first experience with Honest-1 was so amazing! From the moment I stepped in the door, the team at the Bloomington Honest-1 treated me as their most important customer. The staff took the time to explain to me what they were going to be doing to my car, and really listened to what I had to say as a customer. Their waiting room was clean and well stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks and they offered to give me a ride to my job down the street. My car was ready the same day that I dropped it off (just like they said it would), and when they called me to tell me that it was ready, they told me they fixed a broken wire in my power window that prevented it from working for the last couple of years. The best part? They didn't even charge me for fixing my window!!! When have you had a mechanic that doesn't charge for something?!? I never have. Honest-1 in Bloomington provided the BEST customer service experience that I have had from an auto shop in a long time. I am very happy with the work they did and the service they provided. I plan on telling all of my friends about the awesome service I was provided and to give Honest-1 a try. I know I will be a customer for life! Thank you for the amazing experience!
