The guys started on the problem with a good thought in mind, however, has been the case with my 1995 Dakota, even the most seasoned mechanic has often had to rethink their strategy. They kept working the problem and came back around to the fix and I'm most happy with the way I was treated throughout the entire process. I know that working on late model stuff can be tricky sometimes and they kept me involved every step of the way. I'll definitely return here for service in the future.

Great team. Tom the Manager took great care of me and my vehicle. He explained what needed to be done and provided recommendations for related services for my next visit. Corbett also did a great job of setting up my appointment getting me checked in & out, gave me an honest accurate estimate over the phone prior to my visit. Great auto shops like this are hard to find.

Their customer service is awesome. They explained the work that needs to be done and prioritized it so I could do some at a time. The shop is spotless and the mechanics friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them

I thought they were up front with me on all that was needed for my braking system. I certainly will go to them again for any more repairs or check-ups.

I just went to your brand new location in Bloomington, MN earlier today and was very impressed! I went in for an oil change only, and they informed me that they inspect most other parts of the car just as a part of the routine oil change! Which I think is amazing! Matt was the man who helped me out today, and when he informed me about additional things to repair on my car, he asked my permission to fix them, told me prices, and was NOT in any way pushy or trying to swindle me. He was, just as your name says, honest about the entire process and very transparent! It was great! I had even forgotten my coupon for a $25 oil change at home, but he gave me the discount anyways! I WILL be back! Thank you Honest-1!

Very pleased with the service I received. I know nothing about cars except how to fill the gas tank and I felt very comfortable with the recommendations made to me. I will definitely be going back!

Honest-1 seriously took care of me. They were very knowledgeable and affordable and they presented me my options in the best way possible. I was unable to get to work as my car had broken down and the manager was kind enough to shuttle me all the way to Minnetonka so I could be at work as soon as possible without having to get an Uber. They were patient in my decision on what to do with my vehicle and gave me honest answers on what went wrong. Highly recommend!
