On Friday the 13th no less I had purchased a 2009 Avalanche. On my way home I had car troubles. When I pulled off the interstate the owner had just pulled up behind me making sure I was ok and if I needed help. I explained the issue and he had me follow him 2 blocks to their shop. They had me pull right into the bay and the whole team started digging into my truck before I even got out of it. Not only did they make sure I was ok outside the shop, they took care of me. It took a nightmare and made it a sunny day! I would highly recommend them to anyone. It is a shame I live so far away otherwise they would have gained a life time customer. After a week I reached out to them to see what they would charge to replace the issue after it was further diagnosed and they provided great knowledge that the mechanics that did the diagnosing did not check/try. This further amazed me on how great this place is. Superb!!!!!!

Matt was very informative and took the time to show me the issues with my car and walk me through it first hand. I was grateful to see what he was talking about instead of just being told there are issues. Ben was very friendly and pleasant.

Efficient, friendly service. Filled the windshield fluid and checked tire pressure automatically. Nice customer waiting room with coffee water etc. Faster and more personal service than you would get at a dealership.

Very comfortable with this new place. Ben in the front office is great. Excellent customer service skills. They are very thorough in checking over the car. Came in for a headlight that was out and they discovered a couple more lights out. I saw the tech check my oil just for good measure.

My tire light was on & I thought I needed it checked. I stopped at the spur of the moment and they found a nail in one of the tires that was causing a slow leak. I miss Z-Tech but Honest-1 was able to get me in fairly quickly and they repaired my tire.
