I drive a car made in 2000, and thanks to Honest-1 it runs much better than a 20 year old primary vehicle should. Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly- I strongly recommend this location.
Bought a new to me car and within a day had the check engine light come on. Had a different shop tell it was going to cost $1k to fix! I took to Honest-1 in Bloomington and Chad was incredibly patient and helpful. He did a thorough inspection on my car and gave me a complete run down of things that needed to be done. My potential $1k came down to getting clean oil and a cleaned VVT Solonoid for much much much cheaper. I appreciate everything that Chad did and that he explained everything to me so I was no longer panicking! Excellent and friendly service.
What a refreshing experience! A company true to its name, Honest. I received an oil change and was provided an additional service with no charge. I was given honest input about services my vehicle requires with zero pressure to have the service done right now.
