Kind, knowledgeable and on time!!

I brought my car to Nate and his team when I had some warning lights appear on my dash. Nate checked it out and found several issues with the car… not surprising, it’s an old 2005 Ion! However, Nate also took the time to explain all of the issues and kept my costs down by walking me through what fixes were a priority. They ended up working in my car for a week and gave me a loaner to use during that time. Nate also called everyday to keep me updated. I was so impressed with their honesty and the time and care they put into my old car. In the end, my repair costs were way less than I was originally quoted; and all because Nate really was thoughtful about what to repair and how to repair it. I would highly recommend Nate and his team. They went above and beyond…I truly have never had such personalized service. Thank you Nate and everyone on the team!!!!

QUOTED 25.00 for wiper blades. Tech went out to parking lot and put them on.. Bill was 34.79. When I said that wasn't right, he said taxes. I obviously said 10.00 tax on $25.00? He then gave me the bill. 3.79 for shop supplies 3.01 for hazardous material disposal? My objection as neither applied to my service was met with the statement"it's on every bill". NOT HONEST. This is not customer service. He shrugged when I said I"d be leaving a bad review!

I needed new front brakes. Made my appointment online and got service same day. Staff very nice and explained exactly what was wrong and what the cost was to fix. My only issue is that there was a coupon online which I qualified for but I didn't see it before I had the work done. Wish the management would have mentioned it.

I'm very pleased... with a new thermostat, etc., they got my car's temperature stabilized, as well as my heater back to working as it should! However, I wasn't happy when I had to pay OVER $7.00 for 2.2 gallons of gas to go 12 miles to my home and back in the loaner car they gave me for overnight. Apparently the person before me didn't fill it up 'FULL' as I was strictly instructed to do. But when I brought it to the attention of the two guys upfront, neither offered any compensation for the lack of responsibility of the PREVIOUS person WHO obviously DIDN'T FILL the tank! So much for trying to do the right thing... -at least the next person will get a FULL gas tank to 'top off' for only what they will use! Unbelievable...

I waited till now to actually to see if there is any problem came across since I have it serviced. As I have only drove 2 Times since then. And looks like I have no issue yet. But was expensive service but I had to do it. Nate was great in explaining what was wrong with my truck and I appreciate the communication. Although I should have inspect my tires at the time which I didn’t. I had a good year tires before and my rear tire needed to replaced. It is replaced but with a encounter brand. I would care less but it started to bug me now as My front good year tire has White colored letters of the brand but the encounter is black. So I can clearly see two different tires. Nothing issue with it but the look of truck and it’s bugging me now. Otherwise they did a good job. Thank you

Honest 1 was able to get my car in for service the same day I called. They were professional and did a diagnostic and fixed my vehicle. They were able to give me rides to and from the shop. I will bring my vehicle there again in the future if needed.
