I had an excellent experience !! Nate was extremely helpful and seemed to be very honest .. he seemed to genuinely care .. and I sincerely feel he went the extra mile for me !!

I was so impressed with the service I received. Went in for an oil change, they let me know what other services were recommended. The estimate was clear and well explained, prices were very competitive, and they were SO quick to get everything done for me! I love that they have cars to loan at no cost to the customer when you have to leave your car at the shop, that's SO helpful!! I always worry that auto shops are going to try and price gouge, but felt very comfortable here knowing that I was paying an appropriate price for the services I received. I also love the atmosphere in the waiting room - very comfortable!

Came in for an oil change and wanted to try them out. Quick and efficient service, reasonably priced and the customer service was top notch! The tech explained everything and even let me know about a couple things he saw under the hood I wasn't aware of as this vehicle is relatively new to me. Would recommend and I'll be returning.

I went to Honest-1 Auto Care to diagnose my vehicle, which was emitting smoke and a burning rubber smell. Their manager diagnosed the issue as a leaking front crankshaft seal and recommended replacing the serpentine belt. Unfortunately, they were unable to proceed due to lacking the necessary tools. Relying on their diagnosis, I sought another shop for the repair. However, upon completion, the new shop identified the actual problem as the rear crankshaft, not the front. As a result, I incurred an extra $850 in expenses due to Honest-1's misdiagnosis. I'm uncertain about the best course of action but believe that Honest-1's misdiagnosis is the cause of the additional charge. I would appreciate hearing others' opinions on this matter.

Had about 6 different errors show up on my dash and I was convinced it was going to be an expensive fix. $76 later, problem solved. It was an awesome experience.

These guys replaced my catalytic converter, but instead of returning my original converter, they gave me a aftermarket one, which has less value at recycling.

There a "Check Stabil-itrac" light on. They diagnosed the problem, and fixed it! Light is out now. Plus the oil change. I'm pleased with both procedures.
